Booking Policy

Prior to booking, please read through the following pages:

Both weekday and weekend availability are offered.

After scheduling your appointment, please let Kate know if you would like to be placed on the cancellation list to potentially get in sooner, or consider our VIP option to secure an appointment ASAP.

PRICING, FAQs, & Policies:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for all Permanent Makeup Services. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment. Please ensure that you have read all relevant information, including cancellation and rescheduling policies, before submitting your deposit.

By submitting your booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Consultations are complimentary. However, if you cancel the day of your consultation, a $30.00 fee will be charged.

Age 55+ or Previous Work: If you are over the age of 55 or have previous permanent makeup work, please send a clear, bright photo of your brows to (315)-761-7358 prior to booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Beauty by Design Studios LLC understands that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice to avoid any charges.

• Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.
• Day-of cancellations will incur a 30% additional fee on the full balance of your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule more than twice, full payment will be required to secure a new appointment.
• No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit, and a full payment will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Please note: No guests or children are permitted during your appointment time.
